FAQs

Q. How long will my delivery take?

A. Most of our orders will be dispatched from our Dublin warehouse the same day (if ordered before 3:30pm) and delivered next day. Please note, next day delivery cannot always be guaranteed and is entirely dependent on our couriers. 

Q. Where are you based?

A. Our office is located in Unit B1 Centrepoint, Rosemount Business Park, Dublin. 

Q. Can I collect my order from your office?

A. You are welcome to collect your item approximately 30 minutes after placing your order. We kindly ask that you call us before you collect to ensure that your item is available and ready for collection.

Items can be collected in-store between 9:30am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9:30am-4pm on Friday. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Note: Orders MUST be placed online before collection, we will not process the order in-store.
 

Q. I don't know which printer is best for my needs, can you help?

A. Absolutely. Feel free to call us on (01) 827 8511 or send us an email with your query to sales@costpercopy.ie. Alternatively, you can check out our Knowledge Centre, there we have several helpful guides to buying your perfect printer. 
 

Q. How much will delivery cost?

A. Generally, shipping costs €3 for all ink cartridges and toner orders, and €7 for printer orders (this is charged at €7 per printer ordered, i.e. if you have ordered two printers, shipping will be charged at €14)
